BidFest is an informal outdoor gathering on private land at a working farm.
You accept the normal risks of an outdoor rural event and agree to take reasonable care of your own safety, your belongings, and the people around you.
You agree to follow any instructions given by the organisers, venue representatives, or anyone acting on behalf of BidFest, especially in relation to fire, vehicles, equipment, access areas, and general site safety.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask any person to leave if their behaviour is unsafe, abusive, disruptive, excessively intoxicated, or likely to affect the safety, welfare, or enjoyment of others.
You are responsible for arranging your own travel to and from the site.
Attendance is free. Donations are voluntary and do not secure a place or change the basis on which places are allocated. Any donation made helps cover the cost of running the event.
Photos and video may be taken at BidFest and used afterwards to share highlights from the event. If you would rather not appear in any photos or footage, please let an organiser know and we will do our best to respect that.
BidFest may be changed, postponed, or cancelled where reasonably necessary. This may include severe weather, safety concerns, low attendance, venue issues, supplier failure, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
BidFest will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the event, or for losses caused by cancellation, postponement, or changes to the programme.
