We may share relevant information with people helping us deliver the event, but only where needed. This could include the venue, a registration tool, a payment provider, or a supplier involved in the event.
We’ll only keep your information for as long as we need it to run BidFest and deal with any follow-up after the event. After that, we’ll delete it securely, unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
